Started Eco-Clean after failing to find good quality cleaners at her place of work. She decided to clean the premises herself, so together with her husband Bill, they cleaned 7 days a week before commencing work. They got great satisfaction from seeing the cleaned offices, that after 12 months, Angela sent out some letters to local businesses and started another contract, which they then cleaned after work. More letters went out and a contract was won which required weekend cleaning.

For about 18 months, they juggled more contracts as well as working 40 hours per week at their respective jobs. Angela then left her job to devote 100% of her time to Eco-Clean. It has grown, with the help of very good staff into one of the market leaders in Warwickshire. The company is driven by a passion for ensuring that good quality is achieved.


Bill Varney



With an engineering background and an eye for detail, Bill has been instrumental in ensuring that Eco-Clean is a market leader. He helps to keep the strict budgets in place and helps plans for the future moving forwards.


Daniel Gibson

Commercial Area Manager


As an experienced Cleaning Manager, Daniel is the cleaners first port of call, dealing with queries, inductions and ongoing training needs.


Anne Hammond

Office Manager


An experienced office administrator dealing with the day to day running of the office including finance and personnel.


Paul Haley

Distribution Manager


Deals with consumable stock management and distributions. He is kept very busy especially due to our on line E Shop.


Craig Stovell

Sales Consultant


Having worked in Sales / Administration for the last 28 years, Craig is used to dealing with customers requirements in a prompt and timely manner and always working to find the best solution for individual customers needs and to suit their specific environment.
